What counts as a posting?
One job you publish. It accepts applicants for 30 days on Single and 45 days on Growth, and you can keep working its pipeline for 30 days after it closes. Drafts are free; a posting is used only when you publish.
Is there a free plan or a trial?
No. Single is the low-commitment way to try oorik recruit: one posting, 30 days of applicants, and it does not expire until you use it. Joining the talent pool is free for candidates.
What do I pay, and how?
The price shown is the full amount you pay, with nothing added at checkout: ₹2,000 per posting on Single and ₹14,000 per month on Growth. Companies billed outside India pay in USD. Payments run through Razorpay, a receipt is emailed when each payment is confirmed, and Growth renews monthly until you cancel.
Can I get a refund or cancel?
Single is refundable until you use it to publish a job. Growth can be cancelled at any time and keeps its postings until the end of the paid cycle, with no partial refunds. A refund on an unused Single posting removes that posting from your account.
Do unused Growth postings roll over?
No. Each paid Growth cycle adds 10 postings that can be used until that cycle ends. Jobs you have already published stay live for their full window either way.
When do I see a candidate's email and phone?
When you move them into your final round, or mark them hired, unless the candidate shares them sooner. Before that you see their name, headline, city, experience, education and skills. The candidate is told by email when you can see their contact details.
